Needed anywhere trauma is
Absolutely necessary training for anyone working in a trauma exposed field. Practical tools to help support staff and service users. Very knowledgeable facilitators that delivered valuable material with humour and humility. Highly recommended!

The points in recording that really struck out to me, were the part where someone mentioned, "Are the counselor's Secondary Trauma trained?". All very helpful tips and conversations, but that part really resonated with me, I am in the process of starting a program in my work, for addictions and substance abuse. Great idea to get the counselors in the program these tools to help themselves also.
